The last two weeks I've made it to Boot Camp Thursday mornings, Tuesday's just haven't worked out. Today I made it down to the track for a run, a total of 6km, 5km running. It was extremely hard work! I ran for a kilometer (4.5 laps), and walked half a lap.
Tomorrow I will be attending Boot Camp, and will most likely be seriously hurting after lol. I am looking forward to seeing progress again, losing these annoying 10lbs that have snuck up on me this last year. I then look forward to getting my body into the best shape of it's life!
